Capital City Orthopaedics, P.A. is the orthopaedic surgery practice of Drs. Michael Burris and Harris Rose. Our goal is to provide state of the art orthopaedic care in a timely and compassionate manner, allowing you to return to your job, sport or other activities as quickly as possible. We believe that every injury in every patient is unique, and your care should be personalized according to your particular situation. We make every attempt to schedule appointments without delay. When you have an appointment, you will always be seen and evaluated by your physician.

We offer comprehensive orthopaedic care including arthroscopy and minimally invasive surgery of the knee and shoulder, knee ligament reconstruction, fracture care and treatment of nonunions, cartilage restoration, arthritis care and joint replacement surgery, and pediatric orthopaedics. Dr. Burris is additionally fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and specializes in care of the injured athlete. Dr. Rose is fellowship trained in Hand and Microvascular Surgery.  Our philosophy is to exhaust non-operative treatment options whenever possible, giving your body every chance to heal without the need for surgical treatment.
